Initial recruiter screen interview call followed by back to back BDC Manager calls which consist of background, culture fit and overall sales competency. Depending on who you get to interview you the process is either very easy or challenging.

Pretty easy, no technical questions. Mostly behavioral asking about why sales and how you would fit the opportunity. Also why oracle is important to answer. They are very nice and conversational.
