Octopus Electric Vehicles interview questions

Two stage interview process, met with three colleagues/managers at Octopus. Felt really at ease and comfortable chatting to everyone. Wasn't overly difficult, felt it was more to assess personality and team fit. Great contact with recruiter also.

Three stage interview: Initial 1:1 phonecall with a recruiter, where we discussed my background and skills as well as the specifics of the job role. Next I had an assessment, where I replied to sample customer emails using information from the company website - this was very useful as it's a further opportunity to research the company. Finally I was invited to a 30 minute video interview with two members from the team I would be working in, where we discussed my background and transferrable skills as well as what I am specifically looking for in my employment.
