First interview via phone call with HR that went normal and well, after that I was invited to a second round was at their office in Brussels. The questions I received during that interview were not relevant to the job at all. The interview was unnecessarily long and the questions were very random (like "what is your favourite dessert?") in order to get to know my "personality". Interviewer also kept on interrupting me with these random questions every time I was trying to explain my experience and skills.

Colloquio in tre fasi con chiacchierata iniziale, domande specifiche con HR e poi colloquio con responsabile di team. Nessun esercizio tecnico ma domande generali su competenze e suggerimenti migliorativi sul sito. Superabile con minima esperienza sul campo e senso critico.
