I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Novartis (Santiago) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was a 2 steps process: First, an interview with the person with whom I'd be working directly and his boss. Typical question like describing situations where you showed leadership or Organizational skills. Also asked specific examples of the soft skills I listed in my CV. Second Interview was with the HR person who made the offer and explained the next steps.
