I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Singapore) in Dec 2016
Interview
Long wait, boring manager, slow process. they had 3 rounds of interview. The manager seem inexperienced and new to interviewing. The typical questions were standard and targetted to test your technical knowledge.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NTT DATA
Interview
It was long and a lot of people involved to find that they weren't really hiring for the position I applied for. They are disrespectful to candidates with the time wasted during the interview process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Solihull, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
It couldn't have been arranged any better. I was called within a few days of applying with the interview arranged the following week with time flexibility to suit me. Panel very open and honest about the expectations for the role. Second interview the following week, again with time flexibility to suit and again the panel was very open and honest about the expectations for the role. There was obvious passion about the company and it's work ethos and the enthusiasm was infectious.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The majority of the questions were related to my CV and how it matched the role/job description.
I'm pleased you saw this as a positive experience as we work hard to try and make the candidate experience as positive as we can. It's important to us that we treat candidates with respect and understand that the recruitment process is a 2 way one which is as much about the candidate finding somewhere to work that aligns to their values and skills as it is about us finding someone who matches NTT DATA UK.
