Interview
Was contacted by a KEANE (Before merger) hiring agent based on a previous application (they keep you on file). The agent described the position and asked if I was interested. He then coached me a bit on my resume and application and set up a preliminary phone interview. After the phone interview went through, I had an in-person interview with the team lead and manager. It was a very smooth and positive experience.
This position was doing contract for a large bank, and the phone interview included a technical portion to measure competancy
Primero te llama recursos humanos explicando el puesto, te lleva a completar una prueba de habilidades cognitivas. Si te va bien, posteriormente hacer una entrevista con tu jefe directo en la que hablas sobre la experiencia laboral, por qué quiere entrar y como está compuesta el área.
Prima incontro conoscitivo co nHR, poi incontro con manager del team dove pensano di inserirti e poi finale conoscitivo con partner che è piu una formalità e non un vero e proprio colloquio
