Interview
1 step: Telephone interview
2nd step: face to face with local sales manager
3rd step: interview with Service Manager
4th step: interview with engineers and possible sales reps.
5th step: interview with AVP (not always)
The process was very common to other companies out there. The experience was enjoyable and not out of the ordinary.

Questions were centered around professional areas of expertise, understanding of space, and overall approach to sales. Also spoke at length about personal life balance things.
