I applied online. I interviewed at NIKE (New York, NY)
Interview
It was fun and interactive. Dress code was business casual, and management was laid back and fun. Didn't feel much pressure from them. Even if you didn't get the job at least it was a cool experience.

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NIKE (Norwich, Inghilterra) in Apr 2015
Interview
Had a short 5-10 minute phone interview - which i ended up doing in the middle of boots in London!! Asked questions like - why nike? What could you bring to nike? What sports do you do? Was successful in this and had a group interview. Was very chilled there were 10 of us and we got asked questions on nike itself as a company at first and then got paired up and given tasks to sell things - trainers and clothing and had to talk about customer service in different areas of the store (changing rooms, footwear, tills, clothing, online). Was a really relaxed interview! They emailed to say wear casual/comfortable/sporty. I wore all Nike clothing which they seemed really impressed with. As long as you want to work for them, love being athletic and are smiley and confident you will be fine! I got the job :-)
