Wasn’t that bad. Group interview. 6 people. Pretty easy. Was called for a phone interview and then brought in person for a group. The process took 2 weeks max. People were nice.
I applied online. I interviewed at NIKE (Beaverton, OR) in Apr 2018
Interview

come prepared
don't wear an adidas polo or any other sporting goods company to the interview.
if you give precise answer that's a plus
if you ramble consider applying for another job
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at NIKE (Allen, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
It was a fairly straight forward group interview. I was there with 3 other candidates and two out of the 3 were hired. If you answer the questions professionally and have good manners they will pretty much hire you. It's not very hard to get employed there at all.
