The interview process was very personable, they truly care more about how you are as a overall person. They want to make sure you live a healthy lifestyle. Nike truly wants their employees to embody their brand values.
Kind of like an informal chat not too stressful. Expect you to love the brand but don’t need too much prior knowledge. Care more about you than what you know
Short process, first interview was a teleconference interview with the second one taking place in-house. Typical behavioral questions with an emphasis on previous selling experience. Friendly environment and interviewer focused on expressing investment in you.
