I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NIKE (Amsterdam) in Mar 2020
Interview
I got reached by email by HR to do an onljne video interview, really easy interview really not getting into any technical details, just to get to know more about your behavior and skills, if you would fit in Nike’s procurement team, then in the end you have like a simulation of a conversation on WhatsApp with a different colleagues to see your reaction to different situations, then another useless game about face expressions, kinda funny though.
After this, I had to wait for two months to hear back from them (red flag) sending me a rejection (generic email of course) where it says I am not the matching profile, which I doubt, so far there were supposed to be three stages in the whole process.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NIKE (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
LA Swoosh days where they had Thursday as a networking event, met the managers from different departments and case study competition and Friday was one interview then thirty minute break and second interview..
