I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Shenzhen, Guangdong) in May 2022
Interview
Interview sequence kind of unusual for a managerial role .First interview to be with direct report,Second interview to be with peers
Third interview to be direct report. It takes 40-60 mins for each round. When passing the 1st and 2nd, the 3rd interviewer raised the job requirement differently with the original job posting and it’s so surprising to me as I invested lots of time in the previous round. Why didn’t start with the last round interview to make it more effective? Why the fake requirements are listed in the job posting , unprofessional and disrespectful.

Super short notice for the interview (tomorrow). Conversations were ok and easy going. Second interview should have been the following day, that was impossible for me. How can NIKE expect that candidates are leaving everything behind for a job interview? That doesn't work for someone who applies from a current position and left an awful impression with me.
