I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NIKE (Tsawwassen, BC) in Sep 2016
Interview
A post was posted on Indeed and Craigslist advertising a Nike job fair for a new store location in a new mall. I sent my resume to the recruiter, and the recruiter called me on the same day. We had a phone interview. The phone interview was super easy, she asked me why I want to work with Nike, what sports/activities I take part in, and asked me about my availability. After passing this interview, she scheduled me a spot for a group interview that was a few days later. The interviews were held at a nearby hotel because the store hadn't opened yet. At the interview, only one other person was in my group, so it was super easy. There were three interviewers in the room with us, but only two asked us questions. The interviewers were super friendly, we cracked jokes and I felt extremely comfortable. Two hours after my interview, I got an email from my original recruiter saying they would like to offer me a job. This was my first job interview ever, and it was such an amazing experience! I walked in super nervous, but soon felt very comfortable and confident because of the laid-back atmosphere the managers gave. I can't wait to start working with Nike!
