It was a group interview with multiple managers, they ask a question to the group and everyone takes turns answering. Took less than a hour, pretty chill. Dress business casual, Nike is a casual store but if you dress too casual they won't take you seriously during the interview. Biz casual with a pair of Nike shoes is always a good idea :)
