NIKE Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Applied through the site, and received invitation to on demand video interview, and told next stage would be assessment centre on a certain date. Didn’t receive any kind of indication of whether I passed or failed by the date so was left waiting; improvement would be to at least have an automated courtesy email for passing/failing.

Panel Interview where each manager would ask a competency/situational based question. The managers were pretty laid back, but looking for specific examples in your answers. Answer in a STAR format for each question.
