Group interview, with several others applying for the same position. The manager does not let you know how many positions are available, so competition between interview-ees can be intense. Overall though, the hiring manager I experienced was very kind, and kept the conversation going. She let everyone talk without being interrupted but someone trying to "one-up" another candidate.
