It was a group setting where 8 candidates were interviewed at once. We were asked to introduce ourselves, one by one, then, the interviewers separated us into groups at random and gave us an article of clothing to produce a "sales pitch" for.

Why am i a good fit for the company, sneaker and sales knowledge, expected salary, introduction of myself and what are my interests in general, if a customer is upset what do you do
Te hacen una entrevista grupal donde te explican la historia de Nike, el puesto ofertado, etc. Después se presenta cada candidato, te dan un papel con una situación que debes resolver y por último tienes que hacer un roleplay.
It was an easy and smooth process that involved sending through my cv and eventually led to an interview. The interview was pretty basic with simple questions. It was a very quick and efficient process.
