Interview
An online application, online test and a Skype interview. First you apply via the company web site and then after a few weeks you get a reply back and get some links to the tests. They are standard test but there where some pretty difficult parts involving number sequencing.

Very informative and straightforward. Human resources was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and made the entire process clear and transparent from start to finish. Their professionalism made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless."
Submitted resume and cover letter then got a hireview, importance on why Nike and draw to company and oregon. Next round is virtual and then go for a live day.

I got a HireVue interview, but I waited for 2 months and was rejected. But I got the manager, and the hiring people saw my LinkedIn profile. I know that doesn't mean anything.
