Very straight forward questions asked based on the Nike competencies (which are there core values). Questions were very open ended, and emphasized story telling. There were 2 one way interviews on HireVue and 2 final interviews with business partners.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at NIKE (Portland, OR) in Dec 2020
Interview
After applying, 30 minute phone interview with Intern Director in late December. Very personable, was easy to talk to and she let the conversation flow. I felt very at ease, the questions properly allowed me to show off my experience and my personality.

Describe a time you dealt with team conflict and how did you overcome that?
I had a wonderful experience during my first-round interview. My recruiter was friendly and open to answer every question I had. Definitely research the company beforehand and know why you think NIKE stands out from other brands. I talked about my personal connection to NIKE, which is what helped me stand out.
