Chill and straightforward: quick phone screen, then a 20-min in-store chat with a tiny role-play. Friendly manager, clear questions, short tour, pay overview. Left with a verbal offer pending a background check. Low pressure, upbeat vibe focused on helping customers.

What does ‘If you have a body, you are an athlete’ mean to you?
La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

Simple than expected. Nothing is unexpected. Fill in the form with details then share the experience. Started with self introduction and work experience. After that it is questions and answers sections.
It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
