Interview
I applied online and after approximately three weeks got an e-mail asking to record a video interview. They gave three working days to do that. Never heard back from them after that. I guess they didn't like my video, but It would have been nice to hear something from them. The interview itself was not that easy for me, questions were kind of tricky where you need sometime to think and they only give you 30 sec. to do that before each question.

Interview
At first there was a digital interview without talking to anyone, just responding to questions. The questions were mainly about my background and my abilities and past experiences. After that there was a final interview that lasted less than an hour and contained both technical and motivational questions as well as some questions that required critical thinking.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NIKE (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2014
