Interview
It was said that after the digital Interview you would get notified if you will have a telephone interview but there were more than these steps.
First I had to a digital Interview with behavioral Questions. 2 weeks later I had to do a creative challenge "my 24h in 24s" I had 1 week to send this. After this step the managers sorted people out again and send me an email asking if I could really just stay for 6 months since the managers had a preference for people with 12 months time. So now I might be rejected because I don´t have enough time. Why post an Internship for 6-12 months if you´re only taking the 12 months guys? If they choose me now I won´t have a telephone interview like they promised but I will have to drive to the Netherlands personally.
Whether I get the position or not, it was a lot of work for an internship position and they did not stick to the hiring process they promised at all. So far the process has been 2 months
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NIKE (Hilversum) in May 2017
Interview
First a video interview through HireView, then a small interview with the managers of the hiring department, pretty easy stuff. This is mostly behavioral to see if you have the right mindset and if you fit the team you will be working in. Then it's a case which you have 24 hours to deliver. If you successfully pass the case you get the final interview with the hiring manager which is kind of more to the point and more practical.

I applied online. I interviewed at NIKE (Roma) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview process was very long. It started with an online interview with Hireview and then there was the one with the HR. after that there's another interview with the manager and eventually another one more. The process was too long and they made me do the online interview twice and forgot to give me a response
