Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were slightly repetitive, trying to "attack" the "questions" from different angles and could be considered systematic/ generic rather than job specific.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NHS (Bury, North West England, England) in Feb 2012
Interview
Sometimes it is a panel. Other times just a line manager and one other. A short test before the interview. e:g typing and scenario questions. Description of previous job role. Reason for leaving and reason for wanting the position you rare being interviewed for.
I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Salisbury, Inghilterra)
Interview
The interview was very informal, the managing staff members were friendly, and generally they just wanted to get to know your personality. I was asked to come for an interview in person after applying via the NHS jobs website. I had to undertake a skills based assessment (reading details on various sample tubes and recording them accurately in writing and electronically). The skills based assessment was timed, but easy enough if you relax beforehand.
