Lengthy application, heard back within a few days for interview. Accepted interview and was given 45 min timeslot. Interview was formal with very high level executives interviewing for the position.

Casual interview process, no detailed questions and more conversation based about experience and expectations. It was over zoom, the role was cover for someone going on a secondment, I was surprised by the lack of structure in the interview but it was still a good conversation
