Three rounds of telephonic interviews.
1st two rounds are non-technical based on work experience and process oriented.
3rd round is technical discussion with onsite team member.
No feedback provided after 3rd round of interview. Recruiter did not have courtesy to update on interview feedback.

Another interview from VP from offshore on all possible technologies. After interview recruiters were totally unavailable. Even VP was non responsive. Totally unprofessional recruiters and VPs.

It did well , they asked a lot of Technical stuff such IT related questions about Flex Development and Web Development, UI components creations, MVC framework , Error handling and most known problems occurs in Flex development.
