Milan Laser Hair Removal interview questions

Applied online through LinkedIn. Was contacted via email two days later for an interview. Had a second interview 3 days later. Was offered the job two days after the second interview.

I took a lot of time to apply for a position I was very well qualified for, making sure my resume was perfect as well as a cover letter that reflected my excitement, interest, and qualification in the position. I have every skill and experience listed on the job description and I felt it was a perfect fit. However, weeks went by and I heard nothing back. I tried to be patient but after three weeks I finally emailed for the status of my application. I got a response that same day and was told to keep waiting as the process can take 3-4 weeks. The very next day I got an email saying someone had already been hired for the position. Very fishy and disappointing. Makes me feel like my application wasn’t even considered which is extremely upsetting. I would have at least appreciated a chance to interview. I expected a lot more from a company with such high reviews.
