I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Milan Laser Hair Removal (Cleveland, OH) in Feb 2021
Interview
Very comfortable easy going. Did not take too long and not repetitive. Information was thorough and concise. Interviewer was nice and easy to follow. All together an easy going and great process.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Milan Laser Hair Removal (Northglenn, CO) in Jan 2022
Interview
First a Zoom Interview , then drove an hour each way to interview with a clinic in-person. I thought the position was going to be a clinic ten minutes away from me, then was told no that spot has already been filled...I was "re-routed" to a clinic in North Denver and told there were no masks required at any of the Denver clinics....then showed up only to find out they Do require masks at the clinic. No big deal, just a bit confusing.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Are you comfortable working alone?
I said Yes three different times in three different ways, yet the interviewer did not seem to understand or accept my answers. I was the only RN for a grade school with over seven hundred children. I suppose that did not count?
Are you comfortable working with various clients and on multiple body parts?
I answered Yes; I have been an RN in multiple positions and in various settings for over twenty years. Interviewer did not seem to like that response, either.
These are our hours; we are also open Saturdays and RN's are expected to work mostly short-shift Saturdays 2-3 weekends per month. Would that work for you?...My response was lukewarm on that question...especially to drive about an hour each way for only a five or six hour shift.
I asked how much these treatments cost, and the interviewer was evasive, yet then did tell me an amount for a "full body"...which I probably reacted in a Quite Surprised fashion to.
