Interview
Clearly did not look over my resume or references whatsoever, felt like I wasn’t being listened to, as my interviewer asked me what I was currently doing for work three separate times (I was a bartender/bar manager).

Interview
Interview with the recruiter was awkward. She was reading job description, following up with number of "tell me about the time" questions that didn't even corespondent to the job description. It appeared she doesn't understand the job requirements and unable to involve in a simple yet meaningful conversation. She spelled out that the travelling job may involve staying in between jobs at some place because the company won't have interest to fly you home for one day but it this would't count to your mandatory 18 days. She also made sure to spell out that with some of 8+ hours shifts you would have only half an hour lunch break. This was obviously the company's huge internal issue they are struggling with. This may not be the company's interest but is certainly is in the interest of the strong work culture. While this company maybe growing, their culture certainly is not. I will not recommend this company as desirable place to work or do any buisness.
