Milan Laser Hair Removal interview questions

I went through 3 interviews. All of the interviews went well, the third interview was the best and they really made me feel like I would get the position. At the closing of the 3rd interview I was supposed to hear something by the very next day. It took them 3 weeks to tell me I did not get the position. I had to reach out every week to ask if they had reached a decision yet, and they kept making me feel like it was still a possibility.
