Interview
HR started with a video conference interview that took about 30 minutes. The second interview was with the manager at the office I was applying to become employed. This interview was about 45 minutes. The third part was to go and job shadow. The entire process was great! They really seem like they care who is working for them and want the perfect fit. Good luck asking questions with the second interview because HR is amazing at giving all the details. Seriously, one of the best interviewing processes I have gone through.
