Microsoft Technical Programme Manager interview questions

After my resume was selected by the recruiter, I had one round with the hiring manager, and after a few days I was scheduled for a super day interview with 4 people back-to-back.

The first round was a resume screening. I wasn't contacted for a few months, and was then contacted for a final round of interviews. They were all online, on one day. Each interview was about an hour long with built-in breaks.
