Very professional and great interviewers. It was relatively easy as I had already had the experience needed for the job. Specific questions related to technology and solving problems on a board.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Redmond, WA) in Dec 2021
Interview
Initially I had a recruiter call, she was really good to me.
I was asked to complete a take home online coding assessment test using Codility, got through that stage.
Then I was scheduled for a 4 one-hour interviews back to back on a single day. 3 of them were a combination of some behavioral and a couple coding questions each
2 interviewers were really good. But the other two were so rude and condescending. When I was answering something/suggesting an approach they were dictating to me that they do not want that answer. Unprofessionals do not understand that interview need to be a conversation and not an interrogation. I was left intimidated and was so pissed off by the end of interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Tel Aviv)
Interview
I was referred by a friend. Had the HR call me and explain about the process, then had 2 professional interviews with senior group members and then with the group manager
