leetcode style interview with a number of different behavioral questions spanning why you would want to work at Microsoft to what do you think your greatest strength is and what your greatest weakness is
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Dublino, Dublino) in Apr 2022
Interview
After a referral, I got the email for Online Coding Assessment on Codility containing 2 questions, both Leetcode Medium. After passing the assessment, 3 interviews were scheduled, 45 min each. 1st and 3rd were coding rounds with Leetcode medium and one leetcode hard question. They ask 1 or 2 behavioral questions in each round. 2nd round was LLD for Android in which I was asked to design a shopping cart. After clearing these 3 rounds, I was called for Competency round or Cultural fit round, in which a Principal Group Engineering Manager was there. They can ask technical and behaviral both as per your feedback in previous rounds. In my case, it was purely behavioral round, which I cleared and got the offer at the end.
