Microsoft Software Developer interview questions

My interview process with Microsoft consisted of three major stages. The first was an initial screening, followed by a four-hour call where I spoke with four separate software engineers. Each of these interviews focused on algorithms and system design, with a deep dive into both technical problem-solving and large-scale system architecture.
