Simple whiteboard programming technical interview, they wanted to understand my thought process and reasoning to see if I was a good fit for the role. Some questions were very hard but they explained that the goal was not to be 100% right but demonstraight how I would go about solving the problem.
I was invited by Microsoft to interview for the position of Senior Software Engineer which also allowed remote work, but I ended up not taking the job offer as I was looking for something more challenging.
