I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Microsoft
Interview
Very smooth, the interview process was based on two meetings with different managers (from different teams) to evaluate background and job experiences.
I would highly recommend the process and the timeline expected for the role.

What did you do before this?
Why did you come to this company?
What's your favorite part about working here?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Microsoft in Nov 2021
Interview
The entire process took about 2 months, from the first interview. My first-round interview was actually the most technical, where I was asked to explain "basic" cs concepts, based on my resume. The second, and final, round consisted of 4 different interviews. Every interview was casual and enjoyable. I was asked a variety of behavioral and product-related questions. Be prepared to talk about your past experiences with products or projects. Interviewers want to understand your thought process and how you solve problems. The most important thing is to just be yourself!

Question 1
What is a project you’ve worked on? Take me through the entire process of said project.
Long. No contact from hr. Managers will block you even tho it's hire across the board. Can't go to hr as no one will be an advocate. People get stuck in roles vs backfill or finding out why people leave.
