Interview
Scattered and multi-tiered. Spoke with several resources before getting to the hiring manager. Initial discussions were very high level and generic. They acted more so like HR screeners even though they had IT knowledge.
Finally got the to the principal hiring manager. He was rushed, impatient, clearly had not read my resume at all and was asking extremely unclear questions that he clearly wanted very specific responses to.

How would you address the performance scaling issues with a platform like Microsoft Teams?
the process is smooth: recruiter reached out for screen, followed a hiring manager 1 hour technical phone screen, and last virtual on-site round with 4 sessions including coding, design and leadership. Most of the interviewers are prepared and easy to communicate with.
