Microsoft Software Developer - Internship interview questions

Did online coding test to get past to the first interview. Got through to the interview - got asked questions about previous experience, explain programming concept to a child, design question. Said they would hear back in a week, but had to send a reminder e-mail and got rejection e-mail approx 3 weeks afterwards.

Interviewer came to campus. Very pleasant experience, I was coached on how might I improve my implementation and was guided to a very interesting solution which I learned a lot from.
