The first stage was a phone interview, after which there was a face to face interview which was recorded by an agency. Thorough interviewing process with a number of interviews with different Managers. Included a presentation and a group exercise to see how each person contributed.

Talked to the microsoft recruiter at an on campus career fair. Then they emailed me asking to schedule an on campus interview with them through their website. I did the interview on campus, he asked some behavioral questions and technical questions.
