Second is behavioural phone screen.
Third is 4 interviews with multiple employees where they ask a mix of technical and behavioural.

Interview
1 group assessment centre, 1 presentation, followed up by a competency interview with 5 people, and then 1 final interview with the person that would be your manager. Overall a very transparent, though painfully long process.
