I am from Tier 2 college and got the opportunity to interview at Microsoft in my 3rd year of college. I did my basics from random YouTube videos first and then started with Striver’s DSA sheet for practice. Getting selected in the online assessment round or getting comparatively easier questions in your interview will depend on your luck. The hiring process consisted of an online assessment and 2 rounds of technical interviews - 45 minutes each.
