Interview
The interview process was really confusing. I was referred to Software Engineer Position 62 in Prague and heard back quickly, which was great. After the HR call they sent me a prep guide that said the technical screening would be 30 minutes and I expected a typical leetcode-style question.
Instead, the interview lasted about an hour and focused on multithreading and concurrency, topics I wasn’t told to prepare for. I wasn’t ready for that at all.
I shared my concerns with the recruiter, who brought in another recruiter, but no one ever followed up with me. I’m really disappointed. The interview didn’t match what they promised, and it seems like different candidates are getting very different experiences. For a company that says equity is one of their values, this didn’t feel fair.
They made me do OA then did some behavioral questions and what made me apply and like the company it was pretty much simple and what you expect tbh but I did not do so well on it
