Not too bad. I was only asked leetcode mediums. But they care more about how you explain rather than only getting it right! They were welcoming and friendly. Finally rejected though...
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Dublino, Dublino) in Sep 2025
Interview
It was a good experience overall. known data structure problem, low level design and high level design problem. ask for clarifying questions what they are expecting for. DSA was medium level
I’ve had only the HR screening interview and the online coding assessment so far.
The HR screening interview didn’t go very well, it wasn’t a video call, and I couldn’t hear most of the questions, so I had to ask the HR representative to repeat them.
The coding assessment included two problems, one easy and one of medium difficulty, with a total time limit of 40 minutes.
