Microsoft Design interview questions

Gave an introduction to the process and introduced me to different team members, very casual. This first interview was just 1-2 hours, after they wanted to invite me for a 1 day long interview session where they could see if I fit into the team. Not everyone were invited for the day long interview session. I was invited, but declined because I decided to pursue a position in a different city.
