Interview
Three interviews back to back, 45 minutes long each. Met with one team member and two managers. Was asked about my product knowledge of M365, as well as any certifications I have, then standard questions about times I've done specific things.

Q: Tell me a time you had to deal with a situation not directly connected to your role, in order to overcome roadblocks and move forward with your initiatives

Interview
Had manager screening to guage interest in role. Quickly moved to final interview which was 4 interviews for 45 mins each with hiring managers. Hiring manager had negative feedback about his role and the competence of his team. It was not the positive MS job candidate experience I had heard others rave about.
