The processes wasn't that bad. Although Microsoft took a while to get back to me for a decision, the interview was not that bad. They asked simple questions and want to know more about your experience, which they focused on my resume.

Surprised that it was actually comprised of mostly qualitative questions rather than diving deeper into proof of quantitative / analytic abilities. Everyone I interacted with was enthusiastic and seemed genuine.
