I’ve had only the HR screening interview and the online coding assessment so far.
The HR screening interview didn’t go very well, it wasn’t a video call, and I couldn’t hear most of the questions, so I had to ask the HR representative to repeat them.
The coding assessment included two problems, one easy and one of medium difficulty, with a total time limit of 40 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Redmond, WA) in Oct 2025
Interview
First round OA with two questions, about leetcode medium.
Final round 3 technical interviews, with coding questions.
Since the JD mentioned language C, the coding question is done with C.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Microsoft (Dublino, Dublino)
Interview
Normal three-round virtual interview process. Not very difficult overall, but you need to perform well to meet the company’s expectations. Includes behavioral and algorithm questions. And I got rejection after one week.
