I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta (Londra, Inghilterra) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process contained several stages. The conversations with interviewers were pleasant, however it was evident they were looking for key words within my answers. I completed a couple of other interview processes before having my final interview, so withdrew dur to timing.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (Parigi)
Interview
Meta contacted me. They initiated the process. We had a chat through phone call. The interview felt more like the interviewer was trying to get tips and tricks about the job than a real interview. Afterwards, they just sent me a generic e-mail telling me something along the lines of "i should apply in the near future" because "there were no openings at the moment"... While they were the ones who contacted me in the first place. I never had a debriefing of the interview, i have no idea what they were expecting nor what they were really looking for.

They asked me about my previous experiences in the field of recruitment.
I applied online. I interviewed at Meta (Amsterdam) in May 2022
Interview
I had a quick chat with a recruiter over the phone. It was quite a specific call, maximum 15-20 minutes. I cannot say I was able to share too much about me and also the recruiter was fast somehow qualifying for what I was a good fit. I did not necessary liked the call. Generic, impersonal, trying to optimise time time as much as possible.
