The process went very smoothly. The experience with the recruiter was fantastic and the recruiter was always excited to talk about the company and kept me informed of what was happening throughout the entire process.
I did an initial screening interview and then a full day of on-site interviews. The on-site interviews consisted of two coding exercises (one on a whiteboard and one on a laptop), one on architecture, and one more that I don't remember.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter, and was then interviewed via Skype. The interviewer had a pretty strong accent so it was hard to follow him at some points of the interview. He didn't spend time asking me about my background, but he was kind to respond questions in the end.

Question 1
I wasn't asked anything particularly difficult on this interview, the question that I remember was 'write a function to calculate the Square Root of a number without using square root function'
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Introduced into the whole process via a referral, so I was able to move quickly to an onsite interview. This was easily the best interview experience I've had in a long time - recruiter was friendly and extremely responsive, and each of the interviews was engaged during the interview.
Everything moved very quickly once I indicated that I felt prepared to interview.
