First is the quick HR interview, expect some basic questions thrown across during the talk. Second is a Peer interview - which is usually a case study. Over all process was very smooth and cordial.

Step 3: 30 minute presentation, then about 4 interviews back to back with cross functional partners and team members.
The overall process took about 2 months. Preparing for a presentation, then having to do 4 interviews back to back felt overwhelming. It would have been more smart to remove the presentation to focus more on the interviews.

How did you deal with a situation that didn’t go to plan?
Hiring manager screening call as first layer of evaluation. The process then moves up to panel interview with 5 interviewers from various departments/ functions . The processes was pretty smooth and organized. Questions were fair and based on the job expectations for the role
